SBJ = 227
Shuttle Run = 10.1sec
Chin up= 2 (BUT KNNCCB I ACTUALLY DID FUCKING 9 and he told me 0!!)
2.4km= 11.07mins


Well amazing sia... 1st IPPT 15.14, follow by 12.49, 12.17 and now 11.07. On sat, if my pull up can achieve 10 I fucking ccb will dash all out for a fucking gold... =D only if my pull up is 10.
